It Can Be 15 Miles or 15 Minutes. (027)
When's the last time you did something for the first time?
5 AM in Portland, Oregon.
This morning I woke up at 4:45 am, got dressed, sipped cold brew, drank some of Nick Bare’s G1M Sport carb drink, and stepped outside in some 29-degree weather with my two buddies.
2 hours and 21 minutes later… Crushed 15 miles together. That was Wednesday, March 6th’s Daily Deposit. BIG ONE. Waking up was tough but it was one of those “glad I did moments”. Didn’t get the best sleep but a memorable experience with the boys and solid prep for the Eugene Marathon that is coming in hot. It was even a lifetime personal best for my buddy who ran 15 miles for the first time.
It can be tough to start no matter what you are doing, 15 miles or 15 minutes of work.
Stack evidence that you are the type of person who starts even when it is tough.
It is guaranteed you will feel better after. You never regret it afterward.

The biggest lesson… a daily deposit doesn’t have to be a 15-mile, +2-hour run. It can simply be 15 minutes. All deposits count towards you becoming more like the person you wish to become.
Don’t think you have to crush 15 miles. Crush 15 minutes running or even 15 minutes walking. Investing in yourself adds up and the daily deposits can make all the difference.
It can be 15 miles or 15 minutes. TAKE ACTION & DO THE THING.
The commitment is what counts.
