Daily Deposits… they change your life by committing to doing something every day. It becomes easier when you do it every day. Doesn’t have to be crazy just needs to be intentional. Lift, long run, walk, stretch, jog, you name it…

All that matters is you commit to investing in yourself every day. When you zoom out over the long term the only way you can lose/fail is to stop.

In college, my strength coach (Bryant Ferate) introduced me to a concept that changed my life.

It’s called the daily deposit. And it’s really simple. Do one thing in alignment with your long-term vision every single day.

It doesn’t have to be the same thing. One day it can be a long run. The next day it can be a lifting session. All that matters is you do something every day.

The only requirements are that it’s intentional and you can record it - carrying groceries to your car doesn’t count.

Daily deposits give you the freedom to do as little or as much as you want on any given day. But they keep you disciplined to do something every day, which is key to being healthy and fit for a long time.
